چکیده

Background: The present study aims to determine the relationship between level of periodontal pocket depth with weight gingival crevicular fluid (GCF)using an analytical balance. Material and Methods: This is observational analytic a cross-sectional approach. was analyzed by probing. Twenty-seven subjects were divided into three groups, namely, group 1 (with normal depth: 0-3.5 mm), 2 (pocket 3.6-5.5 3 more than 5.5 mm). GCF sampling conducted infraclavicular method using paper points its measurement wit han Data one-way analysis variance followed post hoc Tukey test comparison GCF's groups. correlation determined Pearson test. Results: average obtained respectively in each 0.352 ± 0.09 mcg, 0.598 0.10 0.899 0.06 mcg. There significant difference (p < 0.001) highest found >5.5 mm. showed that there positive GCF. Conclusion: related
